Kyle Peterson

CEO Dr. Peterson is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician with many years of experience in emergency medicine.

Dr. Peterson earned his Medical Degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and later completed his residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center of New York, where he served as chief resident of emergency medicine. Dr. Kyle Peterson, has a track record of leading successful private health ventures in free standing ERs, Microhospitals and Occupational Medicine Clinics.

Successful emergency room, urgent care facilities and telemedicine services are currently being operated in Texas including: Beaumont, Lufkin, Port Arthur ,Bride City , Texarkana , Laredo, San Angelo, Orange, Conroe, New Braunfels, and Sherman, and Oklahoma. Dr. Peterson is devoted Christian who is actively involved in church and Young Life Ministries. He is happily married to wife Laura and they have three beautiful children

Angela Webb

Education: C.N.A. from Lamar State College-Orange — L.V.N. license and R.N. license in 2010 from Lamar State College, Orange — Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington in 2012 — Board Certification in Emergency Nursing in 2013, currently enrolled in MBA program at UTA. Angela’s caring heart and compassion for others is what drove her to serve in the medical profession. After being a nurse for six years, she ventured out and started assisting in building multiple health care entities including Emergency Rooms and MicroHospitals. Angela has done everything from Geriatrics to Orthopedics and Medical Surgery to Pediatric Home Health with her current career now in all three Emergency Nursing, Occupational Medicine, and Family Practice settings. Angela’s goal when helping create Total Care was to build a healthcare organization that was accessible to all people and ages, that worked blue collar careers and did not always have healthcare accessible to them. Total Care allows her team to provide top-notch compassionate care to the surrounding areas, industries and their families. Angela has been very blessed to have been a part of Total Care since its inception and excited to continue serving the the Total Care Healthcare System for years to come.

Christion Gregory Rice

Christion Rice practices emergency medicine in facilities throughout Texas and Oklahoma. He is a manager partner and founder of multiple free standing emergency centers in Texas. Dr. Rice is also managing partner of Oklahoma ER & Hospital in Oklahoma City. He specializes in project financing, investment analysis, operational management, and project development. Dr. Rice joined the Total Care team in 2017. He has experience in the business of occupational medicine. His focus with Total Care is to provide growth and optimization to the operation while seeking value-based solutions for employees of local industries

Melissa Brisbane

Born and raised in Bridge City Texas, Melissa moved to Fort Worth to continue her education after graduating from Bridge City High School in 1989. Melissa has more than twenty years’ experience in the medical field overseeing human resource, operations, and financial departments of some of the nation’s largest hospital systems and clinics. Family brought her back to the Golden Triangle in 2013 and we are excited to have her serve as our Chief Financial and Human Resource Officer at Total Care. Melissa knows the ins and outs of the medical revenue cycle and strives to get the maximum reimbursement from health insurance possible, requiring the least out of pocket payment from our patients, ensuring a great experience when visiting one of our clinics.

FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner Education: Bachelor of science in nursing from Lamar Beaumont 2012 Master of science in Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch 2017 From: Beaumont I wish I could say I always wanted to be a nurse/nurse practitioner growing up but that would be a lie. What I can say is that now I cannot imagine working in other professional field. God has given me a passion to love and serve others and fulfilling that through my position with Total Care has been worthwhile. I started my journey in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit as a RN, then to perisurgical services while I pursued my FNP. Since graduating I have strived to continue to learn something new every day in order to care for patients to the best of my ability. It is my honor to be a part of your medical home team!
