What kind of insurance do you take?

We take most commercial insurance such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, etc. We also take Medicare and Tricare.B If you do not have insurance our cash plans are very affordable.

Are all services available at all locations?

Our Bridge City location is considered our hub and has all services. Port Arthur and Dayton currently do not have X-ray services. Dayton will soon have x-ray services. All locations can perform physicals, urine drug testing, and care for sick & injured visits. Audiology, PFT, and Respirator Fit Testing are available in the Bridge City location.

We do have a mobile unit that can provide all services with the exception of x-ray at your site. Please contact us for availability and a quotation for services.

My bill is not what I expected. Who do I call?

We are more than happy to answer any of your billing questions. Please call the location you visited to address any billing concerns.
